Irina has started her way in MICE in 2012 by joining the Russian Association of Business Travel as partnership specialist and has grown up to the position of the Executive Director. During Covid -19 pandemic she has launched her own company which specializes in MICE-industry projects aiming to boost professional development of its participants. Among major achievements of 2021 is MICE Excellence Forum in Moscow – an international event combining B2B-workshop and conference for over 400+ pax.Irina holds a degree in Applied Linguistics and Intercultural communications and is a speaker at industry events – Global Event Forum, MITT MICE, Eurasian Event Forum and is an author of publications on travel and business events.
