The list is decided entirely by the public who first get to nominate and then vote on who they believe has influenced the industry the most.

The category filter does not influence voting. In order to see all nominees, select "All categories" (default);

All nominees are listed in alphabetical order;

Click on the nominee’s name to see their full profile (name, company, job title, LinkedIn profile, etc.);

You can use the browser search function to find specific people (Ctrl+F or Command-F);

You can vote for a nominee by clicking on the star symbol;

You can vote for up to 10 nominees from the list;

You can vote just once per nominee;

Your votes are automatically stored in your profile. You can change your vote at any time during the official voting period.

Methodology

The list for the public vote will include all nominations, submitted during the official nomination period (October 7 – October 14, 2024). Late nominations (October 14 – October 25, 2024) will also be included, however, they will have less time to collect votes;

We will get in touch with all nominees to inform them of their nomination and let them know about the next steps;

The public voting will take place between October 14 and October 25, 2024;

All voters will have the opportunity to vote for up to 10 people;

The list of The Most Influential People in the Events Industry will be determined based on the votes received;

If there are equal results, the person with more nominations will have an advantage. In the case of equal votes and nominations, both individuals are included in the ranking;

The results will be published in alphabetical order in the end of October.
