Beata Izabela Kozyra

Dr. Beata Kozyra, President of the board of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, the only official organization associating companies from the exhibition industry in Poland.

Manager, entrepreneur, business advisor, author of books, PhD in economics. Lecturer of postgraduate and MBA studies in Poland and abroad.

She successfully combines didactics, scientific knowledge and business experience. She has cooperated with over 50 companies and organizations. She was president, board member and advisor to the board of several organizations.

From the very beginning, she co-created the industry initiative TUgether - currently the Federation of the Meetings and Events Industry Council RPSiW. Being an active member of TUgether and RPSiW, she participated in many meetings with the government, the Ministry of Development and Technology, the Ministry of Health and the Polish Development Fund PFR. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she participated in the work on guidelines for the meetings and events industry and the development of the concept of sectoral assistance for the industry.

As a representative of the exhibition industry, she regularly comments on the current situation of the industry in the media.

She is a graduate of IT Master's studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the University of Szczecin, post-graduate business studies at the West Pomeranian Business School, doctoral studies at the Leon Kozminski University and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

She is also the author of 4 books: Practical change management in the company - Not so terrible devil; Self-management - Understand yourself and make your dreams come true; Communication without barriers - How to understand and be understood. Strategic alliance as an introduction to mergers and acquisitions.
