An inspiring leader, with 20 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consulting in risk management, insurance, life sciences, healthcare, financial services and technology industries, and proven leadership skills and track record in diverse landscape of Asia Pacific, Japan and China markets.
Angeline is currently the CMO of Asia in Marsh McLennan (Marsh and Mercer). With her strong business acumen, she aligns marketing strategy and execution to business goals, drives data driven marketing approach to formulate strategy and execution based on customer insights, and builds messaging, content and programs across all channels including brand, thought leadership, corporate communications, content marketing, tele-prospecting and demand generation (digital, social, events). Her collaborative approach at global, regional and field levels builds agreement on Marketing’s contribution for sustainable growth across the leadership teams, and delivers strong return on investment to the business.
Prior to Marsh, she is the first CMO of Asia Pacific in Medidata Solutions who established Medidata Solutions as the brand, thought leader and solution provider for clinical trials in Asia Pacific. During her 11 years at Cisco Systems, Angeline held multiple marketing leadership positions in global, regional and field marketing functions across Asia Pacific, Japan and China markets. She brought together high performing teams to build Cisco’s brand relevance, develop customer advocacy, grow market share, nurture compelling customer and partner experiences and insights, and deliver pipeline and revenue expansion through personalized content marketing and inbound/outbound demand generation mix.
