Managing Partner at 360 Destination Group

Trevor Hanks has been a part of the industry since day one. Born into the hospitality business as son of the founders of an award-winning DMC in Southern California he was the first kid in his neighborhood to pack coolers, set up decor and sell a creative vision for events. After working in the incentive travel business as a travel director for over four years, Trevor returned to TMM (The Meeting Manager) to assist in managing the family business in 1996. Expanding the company base from 1 office to 4 from 2001 - 2008. In 2008, Trevor purchased TMM with a vision to expand even further the successful Southern California DMC. With that goal in mind, Trevor merged TMM and a competitor in 2011. Trevor became CEO and Founding Partner of 360 Destination Group. Trevor is very active in industry organizations including several Advisory Boards & Councils, FICP, SITE and the ADME committee that developed the current Destination Management Certified Professional program.Career Highlights• Being on initial DMCP board to create certification fro DMC professionals• Expanding the 360DG brand into 18 current markets with national presence• Representing 360DG at numerous award ceremonies throughout the world• Handing his mother a “Lifetime Achievement Award” by ADMEI Association in 2014 for her pioneering efforts in the DMC industryLinkedIn
