Thomas Mauch brings over 20 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry to his role as Regional Director for Europe at ICCA. Previously serving in a prominent position at RAI Amsterdam, Thomas has an exceptional track record in commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and member engagement.

In his new role at ICCA, Thomas is focused on driving growth across the European region, enhancing member recruitment and retention, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of ICCA members. His appointment strengthens ICCA's commitment to providing unparalleled support and creating a strong value proposition for its European community.

Recognized as one of the "50 Most Influential Venue Professionals" in 2023, Thomas’s global perspective and multilingual skills foster cross-cultural inclusivity. He is deeply committed to leadership, mentoring, and coaching, having hosted sessions at the Future Leaders Forum at IMEX Frankfurt and mentored through Elevate and ECM programs.

Thomas is passionate about championing innovation within the meetings and events sector. He actively advocates for the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and AR to enhance engagement and efficiency.
