Stacy Wyatt's leadership in the event industry is a harmonious blend of innovation, creativity, and a strong foundation in high-profile event management, communications, marketing, and project management. Her strategic decisions are guided by data-driven insights, and she uses live experiences to drive transformative change. Stacy is renowned for her ability to create unique events that tell compelling stories, consistently delivering engagement and measurable outcomes.

As the Creative Director at Canadian Special Events, Stacy has built the brand into the largest community of event professionals in Canada by combining her passion for live events and communications. Driving the development of the Canadian Event Awards, Canadian Venue Awards, The CSE Live Conference and CSE Magazine, she created a space for the best in Canada to come to play, learn, share and celebrate, and made it the most unique experience in the industry, amassing 70K fans and followers.

Stacy began her career coordinating large-scale events for Canadian DMOs and working with elite Pan-Asian clients across Australia, Hawaii, and Japan. These experiences honed her skills in technical production, event management, and strategic event design. Returning to Canada, Stacy served as Director of Events at UM, leading an award-winning team in developing and executing over 900 high-profile events, including those for a five-year, $500M capital campaign, earning the team several CCAE and CASE awards. As part of the Marcomm and Advancement leadership teams, she played a key role in strategic planning and creating engagement and events that advanced the university's goals and philanthropic initiatives.

Stacy's commitment to inclusivity is a cornerstone of her work, rooted in her extensive experience working with local Indigenous partners and marginalized communities. Her efforts have led to the creation of impactful and safe environments, including her work on the opening of the National Center for Truth and Reconciliation and the Blue Print for Indigenous Education and the organization of events that sparked dialogue, built bridges, and deepened understanding and trust between campus communities.

Recognized as one of Canada’s top event professionals by BizBash and a leading influencer by EventEx, Stacy Wyatt's dedication to excellence and innovation continues to elevate the event industry. She is a mentor, advocate, and participant in several industry initiatives aligned with her core values of sustainability, inclusion, and giving back.
