Man who stands behind world largest esports stages around the world. Since 5 years his company design and build esports stages and arenas for ESL, world largest esports tournaments organizer. While his and his brother company had plenty of experience in operating other events and tv shows since almost 25 years, in 2014 they focused on esports market. Rafal himself took over ARAM at the age of 17 when his father passed away in 1997. The company had a much smaller scale at the time, and they wanted to find “a new path of growth for ARAM.” After a late delivery of a projector got his team in trouble with a client, Rafal purchased his own projector and began building the company’s stock of production equipment for rental and internal use. Now they produce ESL ONE and INTEL EXTREME MASTERS events in Europe, USA, Brazil and even India. ARAM was a member of AV Alliance, since 3 years they are member of PRG Alliance.
