Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka is the managing director of one of the fastest growing event agencies in Poland, which she started by herself in 1997 and developed into three successful brands: Power Agency, PowerSport, and DMC Poland. Each year the group gains a larger share in the Polish event industry market.She works on further developing the whole Polish event industry and benches in many organizations i.e. as a vice-president of the Association of the Event Industry (SBE). Olga is also a member of Association of Organizers of Conferences, Congresses and Conventions (SKKP), Association of Incentive Travel Organizers (SOIT), as well as the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE).She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and Kozminski University in Warsaw (Finance and Accounting). Olga combines the traveler's curiosity and courage, passion and perseverance of a sportsman making it an ideal combination and allowing her to find herself with ease in one of the five most stressful industries in the world.She believes that with hard work you can move mountains. Despite the many hardships, sleepless nights and demanding clients, she would not change her work to any other. Her passion for travelling and sport is endless. She does skiing, biking, kiting, diving, and she happens to be a Polish vice-champion in squash. Olga collects inspirational and motivational quotes with "Live as if you gonna die tomorrow.
