Karina Grützner

Karina has been active in the event industry for over 15 years. After studying tourism management, she gained experience in event organization followed by sales and marketing for the guest events division of Messe Stuttgart. Since 2012, she has been working for the Stuttgart Convention Bureau - a department of Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH - where, together with the team, she positions the meeting destination Stuttgart Region on a national and international level. Since 2022, in addition to the Convention Bureau, she has also managed the hotel cooperation division. From 2017 - 2023, she volunteered to lead the Central European Chapter for the trade association ICCA International Congress and Convention Association. Sustainability and sustainable transformation are matters close to her heart. She is convinced: everyone can drive the transformation to a sustainable society.
