As Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Dow Group, Jennifer Incorvaia leads the company's operations team and oversees the managers of production, creative, media, and digital staff. She works to cultivate strong resources and processes – from onboarding to internal initiatives – all with a goal of building upon the agency's strong culture and reputation of superior client service.
Incorvaia has worked with Wilson Dow since it was founded in 1997, beginning her career in production. Among the highlights of her experience are the naming ceremonies for over twenty cruise ships, including the high-profile global launch of the Royal Princess for Princess Cruises in Southampton, UK. The event, seen around the world, featured The Duchess of Cambridge and more than 2,000 guests.
With extensive experience conceiving, planning, and producing corporate events, launches, and digital user conferences, Incorvaia is also deeply committed to community service and the arts. She is the founder and former producing artistic director of Not Waiting Productions, a non-profit theater company, in addition, she volunteers with Step Up, mentoring girls to define and achieve their unique visions of success, and with Cradles to Crayons, providing essentials to children in need. Most recently, she was named one of BizBash's "15 Over 50" for her decades of experience in crafting meaningful events and experiences.
