Inese Lukaševska

Inese is the founder and leader of communication and reputation management agency “Luka” – specialized in corporate, cultural, and art sectors. She loves to integrate unconventional ideas and “out of the box” solutions in her events, turning the events into special occasions, where a special role is assigned to design communication.

Since 2019, her agency has won 8 times in the world's most prestigious competitions and won 13 awards in art and culture, as well as, internal communication categories, and has also been awarded with several "Oscars" of the events industry. She has also received many awards for achievements in the field of communication and contribution to the development of the industry.

Inese believes that art, both in terms of content and form, can be integrated into corporate events as well as meaningful goals, which will not only change society's attitude towards any of the issues, but will also create changes at the socio-political level.

Inese has obtained three higher educations, graduating from all universities with excellence, obtaining a degree not only in marketing, but also in communication and public management. The ability to combine strategic vision with non-standard creative solutions even for standard problems is one of the reasons for her success.

Inese Lukaševska started her career as a TV journalist. Currently, she is an expert in marketing, strategic communication, media relations, producer and director with more than 20 years of practice and experience in various fields. She regularly appears as a lecturer, trainer and industry leader in various forums, as well as shares her expertise by creating articles and research related to industry development. She is currently writing her first novel.
