Guy Ellis, BA, BCom, MSc and Honorary Research Fellow of the Huck Centre for Management Research at the Henley Business School, University of Reading. Guy has been recognised as one of the 101 top employee engagement influencers since 2016.Guy is Managing Director of CourageousWorkplaces Limited. Established in 2003, CourageousWorkplaces has extensive experience in helping functional professionals, particularly those in HR, Compliance and Finance roles, to become more productive and effective in the workplace. In addition, Guy has recently launched GenZ Insight (www.genzinsight.com) with two colleagues, which is a business that supports GenZ employees, their managers and leaders in integrating the newest generation to enter the workforce. Since graduating in New Zealand, Guy has worked for a number of global blue chip organisations including Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Citibank, NatWest Global Financial Markets and in 2000, Aon Limited as HR Director for its UK Consulting Division. In 2003 Guy became an independent consultant and interim manager. He has worked for and with a number of global companies on a range of professional briefs as an interim manager, project manager, trainer / facilitator, coach and specialist mentor.Guy has published or written in a number of books. He has recently co-authored “GenZ insight: How to become a GenZ Magnet”, authored “Tales of Talent: A Modern Fable for Today’s Managers”, has written a chapter in “Talent Management of Knowledge Workers” and co-edited and written a chapter in “The Routledge Companion to International Management Education”.
