Guilherme Bailão is the Director of Brand Experience & Sponsorship at Heineken Group - Brazil, responsible for the activation of the entire portfolio (Heineken, Amstel, Lagunitas, Tiger, Devassa, others), an award-winning professional that has been recognized as one of the most influential speakers in the activation and brand experience market.
Since his arrival at Heineken Group, Bailão has been honored twice as “Client of the Year’ at the Ampro Globes Awards, the most relevant award in the Brazilian market. In addition, Bailão and his ‘BESTeam’ have already earned more than 30 awards, including Effie Awards, BEA World - Europe, FIP, FIAP, and Ampro Globes Awards.
Prior to joining Heineken Group, Bailão built a relevant career as Business and Client Services Director in important brand experience agencies such as BFerraz and Bullet.
Leading the management and several initiatives of brand experience for global and local brands, such as Absolut, Adidas, Antarctica, Budweiser, Jameson, HSBC, Trident, and Volkswagen, Bailão also won many awards, getting even a record registered in the Guinness Book with a huge music event.
Bailão is member of the jury of Effie, Globes Awards and FIP, besides acting as Director at ‘GAN’ (Client Services and Business Management Group) in order to contribute with the evolution of communication industry.
