Emma Tracey is Co-Founder and CEO of Honeypot. Honeypot is Europe's largest developer focused job platform. Emma is from Dublin originally. She started her career in journalism covering investment into South America and West Africa. Her first company was a communications firm called Lifa Communications, which is based in Johannesburg.  At Honeypot, Emma's primary focus was building the community, which centers on open source documentaries, large tech events and the developer media platform .cult. Honeypot was acquired by New Work SE in 2019."
