Celeste Dalairac

Celeste was born and raised in Argentina, where she developed most of her career, first as a copywriter and soon after, as a self - taught art director.

In 2014 she was one of the 12 women chosen to be part of the first See It Be It program (a Cannes Lions initiative that aims to further women in the creative industry.)

While working at Saatchi Bs As, she was offered a Regional Creative Director role in the London office, and said yes.

During her time in London she worked at Saatchi, Santo and Grey, where she was promoted to ECD within 3 months.

After having a baby in the middle of the pandemic, she decided to move back to Argentina where she and her husband Julian, are working as ECDs at Isla, a hotshop with offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Mexico city.

She has worked for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Pepsico, Coca Cola, P&G, Unilever, GSK, Avon, Vodafone and Epson; participated as jury at Diente & Effies (Argentina), D&AD, Creative circle, Immortal awards & 40 over 40 (UK), ADG Laus (Spain), Ciclope Latam (Germany), Mad Stars (South Korea) and Cannes Lions (France) and won awards at Cannes Lions, Wave, Clio, One Show, D&AD, Fiap and Diente.
