The event for employee engagement takes place in the form of a large stadium experience. The entire stadium is disguised in the Vonovia Day design, which was specifically created for the event. Hundreds of signs, pillars, banners, and a large concert stage transform the Ruhrstadion into a corporate world.
The power of connection unfolds already during the centralized travel journey. The duration of the travels is used to make and strengthen acquaintances, and to reinforce the sense of community. On site, this is further supported by 17 shared team activities that take place on the action area of 4,600 m2. All activities mirror the three pillars of the event’s philosophy that was developed by livewelt and Vonovia.
