Role responsibilitis

Creating, managing, and optimizing new and existing Google Ads campaigns (Search Network, GDN, etc.)

Analyzing, assessing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns based on performance on a daily basis

Creating and managing content and copywriting activities

Managing all online marketing activities including social media and email marketing

Leading the planning and implementation of PR and brand initiatives

Key competencies, skills and experience

Fluent in Bulgarian and English (near native-speaker level)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms

Strongly goal-oriented person

Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns

The ability to innovate and take initiative

A good understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

At least 3 years of marketing experience

Solid experience in working with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot and alike
