Eventex Index: The Top 100 Event Organizers and Agencies for 2022

One of the most anticipated events in the Eventex calendar is releasing the annual ranking of ‘The Top 100 Event Agencies and Organizers’ of the year. To put together the prestigious ranking, we looked at data from the past three editions of the awards and we are thrilled to share the results.

Methodology

The top 100 event organizers and agencies for 2022 represents consistent excellence in the meetings and events industry over the last 3 years, based on the number of Eventex awards won during that period. Platinum yields 150 points, Gold yields 100 points, 50 points for Silver, and 30 points for Bronze. The latest edition of Eventex Awards always yields the full amount of points, while the accolades from the previous 2 years have less weight. For the 2021 and 2020 editions, Gold yields 50 points, 25 for Silver and 15 points for Bronze. It is an additional way for us to give recognition to the event organizers and agencies that continue to shape our annual editions and the industry at large with their unique and innovative projects.

‍Results

The country with the highest representation in the index this year was the USA with 19 agencies that made the list, followed by the Netherlands with 14 and the UK with 5. The total number of countries represented in the index is 34, a testimony to the diversity of the index and the participants in the awards. ‍

• WINK Creative Experiential Agency landed in the prestigious first place. Тhe Dutch company produced a series of powerful experiences in the last couple of years and won multiple awards including four Platinum awards - the highest award tier at Eventex Awards awarded only to the most disruptive entries. We’re certain they will keep up to their promise to continue challenging themselves and their clients, and are looking forward to seeing their next disruptive projects.

• Triumph Group International from Italy follows along with their accumulated 27 awards won in the past 3 years. ‘Experience. Emotion. Events.’ turns out to be a champion motto. It also represents the Triumph Group’s unquestionable skill to seamlessly communicate through experiences and high-quality events. 

• Third on the list is another agency from the Netherlands - Media.Monks, an already well-known Eventex champion that has taken home 23 Eventex awards for the past 3 years. The dot in their name is their homage to digital which has proven throughout the years to be one of the key ingredients to their undeniable, award-winning ‘creative excellence, fueled by passion and technology’. 

• Cheil Germany takes this year’s 4th spot in the ranking while FUEL Ireland landed in the 5th place.
