The deadline to enter the Global Event Awards is nearly upon us!At midnight, on October 31, entry submissions will be closed and everything handed over to the jury. It’s not too late though, you still have two weeks to register and submit your projects. If you organised a creative, memorable, inspiring event between 1st November 2015 and 31st October 2016, you are eligible to compete with the best of the best in the Events Industry.What you’re up againstThis year, there are even more categories to choose from - ranging from various types of events to event technology and services and, of course, the Grand Prix - Best Event and the People’s Choice Award. Obviously we cannot reveal the competing entries at this stage, but we can highlight some of the winners from last year. The 19 winners in the 6th edition come from the UK, the US, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In the last edition, Event of the Year was Microsoft Future Decoded – a grand two-day event, which engaged over 11,000 Partners and Customers in the challenges and opportunities of the ‘world of tomorrow’.
