Eventex Awards — the world’s most acclaimed awards for events and experience marketing — is starting the evaluation phase of its 13th edition that includes the exciting opportunity for the public to have their say in the People’s Choice categories. The process will have the public vote for the most deserving events, products, and services between March 20th and April 4th.
The public will get to vote in what is already shaping up to be a record year for Eventex Awards whose submission rate reached a 99%, a first in the awards’ more than decade-long history. Out of a record 765 entries total, 498 have been earmarked for public voting.
Each voter will get one vote for each of the different tracks — Events, Brand Experiences, Virtual Events & Experiences, Marketing, Communications & Strategy, Event Technology, and Suppliers. The public voting will take place on a dedicated portal, powered by Evalato, where people will be able to cast their vote with just a click.
“Our People’s Choice awards celebrate the broader appeal of events, products, and services to the public as well as industry peers, which makes it an incredibly valuable recognition for the recipient’s work,” comments Eventex Co-founder Ovanes Ovanessian. “We’re therefore extremely proud to be able to offer the opportunity to the public to voice their opinion by voting.”
As every year, the public voting for the 13th edition of Eventex Awards will run concurrently with the judging phase which will see a record of 86 judges from 27 countries evaluate the entries based on criteria including innovation, objectives, and results.
The finalists will be announced later in April and the winners will be made public in May.
The Eventex team meanwhile has already started working on preparing the next edition of the awards, with early registration for Eventex Awards 2024 already open.
