He consults and speaks frequently on subjects such as ROI, events industry trends, meeting architecture, procurement and risk management.How does your job relate to the event industry?I provide training and consulting services to help companies measure the value of their meetings and events.What motivates you to judge Eventex Awards? I like to follow industry trends and award winning events are often leading the way towards the future. I also enjoy meeting other jury members who are often industry leaders with lots of experience and insights.How do you recognize a winner?By a clear purpose. The event is designed to meet the specific needs of the event owner. In doing so, the event designers have found creative and powerful solutions which engage emotions and change the behaviour of participants.Your advice to contestants?Make a short video, use pictures if you don't have live footage, show what you did to make your event special and add a good narrative to make sure the jury will understand.What aspect of event planning inspires you the most?Creating an effective learning environment, engaging emotions and changing behaviour.
