Just as she represents the perfect match between strength and femininity, her passion and expertise for events is what she’s projecting in the perfect entry.How does your job relate to the event industry?I am the Vice-President of Aim Group International, a meetings and events company with offices in different countries in Europe. I’ve been in the meeting industry for more than 25 years and I am still passionate and enthusiastic about it for offering us a new challenge every day.How do you describe your work style?I have a few musts: attention to detail, engagement, cultural understanding, customised approach, sharing expertise, be open to new ideas.What motivates you to judge Eventex Awards?Sharing expertise and knowledge is my everyday personal and business life and Eventex Awards is a wonderful opportunity to learn from others, to understand and get to know different approaches.It is a unique platform offering companies the possibility to show their best practices.How do you recognize a winner?I’ll be looking for clearness, good balance between innovation and reaching objectives, teamwork and especially the passion which is put in the project.Your advice to contestants?My advice is to participate with enthusiasm and to get the best they can from the contest. I think that having the opportunity to think back to what was done, how, why and the results achieved is the invaluable learning experience of the contestants.What aspect of event planning inspires you the most?I am always inspired by what we can achieve from the perfect match of different variable elements. The budget, the client's goal, the communication involved, the team, the destination, the partners and stakeholders involved... isn't it a unique inspiring experience, that we face every time we launch a new event.
