Assistant Director – Head of Business Tourism & Travel Trade at Atout France

After studying Economics with a marketing focus in my home town of Lyon, I began my career with The French Tourism Board, in Frankfurt in 2000, having been attracted to Tourism due to the marketing opportunities it presented.

I was in charge of all marketing campaigns for the promotion of France to the German market.

I have continued to work for the same company and gained valuable experience moving throughout Europe.

I spent 4 and a half years as Deputy Manager in Vienna, working on the Austrian and Eastern European markets, including the organisation of successful events in Budapest, Prague, Bucharest, Llubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade. I was additionally responsible for the creation of Maison de la France’s first Austrian, Czech and Hungarian websites.

I then took up the Deputy Manager role in Brussels. A large part of my role was to organise high-end BtoC events, including the involvement of stars of cuisine, fashion and film.

Since 2013 I have been based in London and am responsible for BtoB and the development of trade leisure and MICE for Atout France.
I have developed our high-end network and established strong and relevant communications with our partners, all leading to positive growth in these sectors.

One of my most successful events was in partnership with Easyjet to promote the South France, the first time that the company had ever worked with the airlines and collaborations with Eurostar, Smyle agency for the Ryder Cup and Mash Media for a Summit.
