CEO, TurnedSee.com

Describe yourself in 3 words?Passionate, humble, hardworkingWhat was your first job?Events assistant at national event “Happiness Day” for disabled children in Poland at age 14 and 15 years old.

‍If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?Tomatoes

‍If you could go back in time and talk to your 20-yr. old self for 15 seconds, what would you tell?Work more on self development – it is the best investment to truly understand your weak and strong points.

‍What is your superpower in business?People skills and leadership skills.

‍The only way to achieve the impossible is…To try many times, fail and get back up again. Pivot, make changes and go again.

‍Your formula for a successful event…Put people first, great music, great food and precise info signage to make people truly comfortable.

‍Who would play you in a movie?Amal Clooney (if she ever decided to act like her husband)- if not then Liv Tyler.

‍The event of your dreams….Outdoor summer event at the beach at the at bottom of a cliff (for example the Greek isle Zakynthos ship wreck cliff beach) - candles everywhere, small bonfires, great music and laser lights, fabulous fresh food easy to eat with the hands. Around 200 people.

‍What is the future of events?Technology for easier task management. MORE AUTHENTIC and sustainable experiences also. Having an event or dinner at a local’s house, attending a regional event as an activity. More local/regional suppliers interconnected with corporate buyers.

‍The best advice you ever received? When something feels really wrong (a relationship, business deal, partnership) listen to your inner voice. It was more than often right.

‍What are you fully devoted to?My mission as a female immigrant entrepreneur and leadership in this area. My mission to promote more sustainable (responsible) and authentic venues for events.

‍What is the price of success?Seldom, it is very lonely constantly climbing to the top and working on your dreams.Check out Pauline`s LinkedIn profile here.
