Lisa DeGolyer

Lisa DeGolyer co-manages the day the day operations of the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI).   Lisa oversees the organization’s conference, credentialing, accreditation, sponsorship, webinar and scholarship programs.   Since 2018 she has represented ADMEI on the Events Industry Council (EIC).

A 30-year veteran in the association and event management industry, she got her “start” at Host Communications, Inc., (now Associations International) a Lexington, KY-based, multifaceted management firm working with clients such as the National Tour Association, Tour and Travel Research Association, International Spa Association, and Quest Users Group.    

Lisa is a co-founder and partner of The Valisade Group, Inc. (TVG), a full-service association management company. Prior to ADMEI she co-managed all aspects of the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA).  

She hails from Kentucky and is an avid tennis and pickleball player.  She enjoys sports, good food, and travel and is married to Troy, a 33+ year United States Army Aviation veteran.
