Devon Montgomery Pasha, CMP, CED is a passionate events professional with over 20 years experience in the industry who harnesses her passion into speaking, training, and teaching her fellow industry colleagues the values of event design, creativity, and empathy.

Devon owns DMP Creative LLC, specializing in adding value to events. Her emcee and speaking work enriches her client's events through stakeholder alignment and engaging conversations. A believer in purposeful and mission-driven events, Devon leverages design thinking and empathy-driven systems to design experiences that maximize impact for her clients. She has been recognized for her passion in elevating the importance of events as part of strategic plans and for her energetic and engaging speaking style.

Devon has been a featured speaker for Meetings Professional International, IMEX, Academic Event Planners, and Northstar Meeting Group. She has also appeared on several industry podcasts. She holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College, a B.S. from Drexel University, and a Masters in Creativity and Innovation from Drexel University’s School of Education. She earned her CMP in 2020 and her CED in 2021. She has served as an adjunct professor at Drexel University and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Devon lives in South Texas with her husband, six-year-old daughter, and rescue dog.
