Aleksandra Cichecka, Employer Branding Manager, Employer Branding and CSR Team, Alior Bank

Her 15-year career in the event industry is filled with a variety of projects, including both intimate and large-scale events. She has worked on numerous event projects, including gala events, B2B events, roadshows, product launches, and employee engagement activities. She gained experience in both international (like Huawei) and Polish corporations (Polpharma, Alior Bank).

She is currently working at Alior Bank, where she is responsible for major corporate events (including strategic conferences and employee events) as well as employer branding. As she says, she comes up with, designs, and organizes various campaigns and events for Alior employees, while also ensuring that people outside the company know how great it is to work at Alior. She is also a member of the MP Power Awards® Jury and Conventa Best Events Awards.
