Katarzyna is an experienced manager in the areas of marketing, marketing team management, and project management.
Since March 2021, she has been the Marketing Team Manager for Electronics markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at 3M. Katarzyna has been working at 3M for over 25 years.
During this time, she has been responsible for creating and implementing business strategies for consumer sectors such as health care with the leading Viscoplast brand, household with Command™ and Scotch® brands, and office products with the Post-it® brand. She also has marketing experience in B2B on markets such as health care - dental market or industrial market. For years, she has been leading marketing teams to develop businesses and team members.
She is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Since March 2021, Katarzyna has been responsible for a newly created international marketing team, conducting operations in over 36 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Marketing programs for over 2,000 products are implemented in many target markets, such as data centers, industrial, medical, and electronics production. Katarzyna graduated in management and marketing from the Higher School of Management and Marketing in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in sales management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
