Managing Director of Prague Convention Bureau
Roman Muška studied at College of management skills and business development in Prague, he started his career in the MICE segment in 1996 working as Project Manager for the Austrian based company AHR (Agentur für Hotels und Reisen). Afterwards, he moved to the finances and administration with the new established branch of AIMS International in Prague.
In 2004 he returned back to the project management, working for congress department at AIMS International where he got to the position of the Head of Congress Department. After the fusion of companies AIMS International and AIM Group which was finished in 2011, besides the Congress Department he was responsible also for Prague overall office as the Country Manager. During his long term career in the event management he gained the experience to serve corporate, associations as well as governmental conferences and events.
In 2013, he became a member of the Prague Convention Bureau Board of Directors and in 2015 its first Vice President. Since January 2016 he became fully involved in the Prague Convention Bureau as the Managing Director. Back to the project management he returned in November 2017 when Prague hosted the 56th Congress of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) where Prague Convention Bureau played the role of the main coordinator.
