At CPI I am responsible for driving sales company wide and have assisted with the growth of the company including opening a new office in Hamburg and the introduction of new services for association executives, cementing CPI’s position as a forward-thinking and innovative company.I am an energetic, strategic thinker with an eye on the bigger picture. I have a degree in Event Management and prior to CPI worked in many facets of the industry including; Production, Exhibition Management, Publications, DMO, Corporate and PCO services with over 15 years’ experience across the UK, Ireland, Europe, America and Asia.This wealth of knowledge has given me an extensive understanding of our global industry, which I love to share proactively with colleagues and event professionals. Since 2012, I have sat on Belfast’s Business Tourism Taskforce with key stakeholders in the City to grow its success as a MICE Destination, which has resulted in the extension to ICC Belfast and doubling the Cities economic impact deliverables.In 2017 I became the youngest elected chairperson of the Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers. In my role I have driven its evolution through new membership models, additional industry wide education events and have successfully delivered two annual conferences in collaboration with Site Ireland and Failte Ireland. Driven by passion and perseverance I like nothing better than sailing competitively.
