After ¨Luxury Brands Management¨ MBA at the ESLSCA Paris in June 2007, Gaël spent more than 3 years as an event and partnership project manager for a private lifestyle concierge service. There he was dealing with both private and corporate clients. His first steps in the MICE world were with a workshop, incentive trip or CEO committee.
In 2011, Gaël left Paris to joined a DMC based in Prague to capitalize on his experience as an event project manager and learn about new markets. It was a good opportunity to gain expertise in Central European MICE markets (Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic).
When returning to Paris in 2012, he continued his mission as Events Project Manager by co-founding The MICE Agency (www.mice-agency.com). A young and creative team of professionals for unique tailored MICE solution given to companies and individuals.
The following year, he launched another entity called MICE Industry News (www.miceindustrynews.com), an award winning online media for professionals involved with the organization of meetings, conferences, incentives, exhibitions and events. It provides the business tourism sector with informative editorial content including destination reports, fairs schedule, hotel news and destination updates which provide planners with current information to draw ideas and inspiration when planning their events and meetings.
In November 2014, the adventure continues with the opening of the second office in Budapest.
