Founding Partner at The MICE Agency

After being graduated major of the ¨Luxury Brands Management¨ MBA at the ESLSCA Paris in June 2007, Gaël de Clarens spent more than 3 years as an event and partnership project manager for a private lifestyle concierge service. There he was dealing with private but also corporate clients; First steps in the MICE world with the organization of workshop, incentive trip or CEO committee.

In 2011, he left Paris to join a DMC based in Prague to capitalize on his experience as an event project manager and learn about new markets. It was a good opportunity to gain expertise in Central European MICE markets (Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic).

When returning to Paris in 2012, he continued his mission as Events Project Manager by co-founding The MICE Agency ( A young and creative team of professionals for unique tailored MICE solution given to companies and individuals.

In November 2014, the adventure continues with the opening of the second office in Budapest.
