BT Consumer is the main retail division of BT Group employing over 26,000 people across corporate functions, frontline and retail teams. The Big Consumer Live Show was held virtually from multiple studios, celebrating reward and recognition with a mix of business positioning.
Inclusive engagement was a key performance indicator on this project, and it was crucial that everyone felt part of the day, given the in-person reputation that the event previously held before the pandemic. We achieved this through utilising several different virtual event solutions and interactive elements.
