It’s like building sand castles.And the easiest? – Very little barriers to entry and it’s a young industry.Describe how you imagine a conference 100 years from now… Event teams will include psychologists, architects, data analysists, programmers who will have the advantage of biometric stat, facial recognition of microexpressions, and attendee big data in a way that seems passive to the attendee. Conversations will shift from logistics to emotion and well being. The need for gatherings in a world with sophisticated VR will be relegated to connecting and sharing more than ideas – emotional exchanges will be the experience designer’s stock and trade.The best advice you ever received… “You can have everything in life you want, if you just help enough people get what they want.” - Zig ZiglarHonest arrogance or hypocritical humility? - Hypocritical humility.
